This 64-years old man presented with thigh pain.

Based on these images and the history, what is the most likely diagnosis?

  1. Osteomyelitis

  2. Osteosarcoma

  3. Metastasis

  4. Plasmacytoma

The video explains the rest. The diagnosis is based on the rule that in a patient above the age of 35, focal bone lesions should be assumed to be due to metastases, myeloma or lymphoma unless proven otherwise.
