Case 28: Left Proximal Femur Signal on MRI
86-years old with left hip pain

This 86-years old had left hip pain for 2 weeks. She then had breathlessness and was admitted for a CT pulmonary angiogram, which was normal. An MRI was done on the same day for the hip pain.
Eight-days later, since the pain had not subsided and because of the MRI report, a PET/CT was done.
Then X-rays were then done the next day.
The patient was then sent for a CT-guided biopsy
What is the likely diagnosis?
Lymphoma / metastasis
Osteomyelitis
Insufficiency fracture
