Case 6: Painful Shoulder on Anti-Tuberculous Treatment
22-years old with a painful right shoulder for 3 months
A 22-years old woman presented with a painful shoulder for 3 months. The radiographs and MRI suggested an aggressive lesion, for which she was put on anti-tuberculous treatment. When she did not improve, all the investigations were repeated. A biopsy was also then done.
What is the most likely diagnosis?
Tuberculous osteomyelitis

Respected sir chondroblastoma a benign lesion than why diffuse marrow deems on mri???can a lesion with benign looking on X-ray can give a peri lesion also edge a on mri??
