10-years old girl with a left 1st metatarsal lesion
Case:
10-years old girl with a left 1st metatarsal lesion with marrow edema, but no cortical break or extra-osseous soft tissue mass or collection.
A biopsy showed inflammation, ruled out tumor, with no evidence of obvious infection.
A whole body MRI was done to clinch the diagnosis.
