Case 54: Multiple Bone Lesions
41-years old presented with fever
Case:
A 41-years old presented with fever.
The initial chest CT showed multiple vertebral osteolytic lesions.
These were new compared to a CT scan done 7 months prior. No MRI was done.
PET/CT showed uptake along with multiple pelvic bone lesions
What do you think is the diagnosis?
