Case:
23-years old known to have tenosynovial giant cell tumor - the gradient image (lower left image) shows blooming of hemosiderin (green arrows).
The nodular synovitis is T2 dark in the sagittal and axial images. This used to be earlier called pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS).
