Case:

55-years old diagnosed to have dermatomyositis, referred for a myositis protocol MRI.

Right upper limb - no edema, marked atrophy

Left upper limb - no edema, marked atrophy

Pelvis - mild edema, marked atrophy

Thighs - no edema, marked atrophy
